Oh, it gets worse. Not only is it not $9.99 anymore ($29.99 in the stores all of a sudden) it's DISCONTINUED. I came to work last weekend and there were all sorts of games that had clearance stickers on them and I was like WTF? and then I saw the GW:EN barcode on the shelf was actually covered up with blank paper. I took the paper cover off the barcode, scanned the game barcode, and it says DISCONTINUED. Apparently they just covered up its barcode since we're probably never going to get more in. I don't know if that's just the area I'm in or not, but the other 3 targets in my area also have the game discontinued in their system. Would suck hardcore if all targets were getting rid of it.

Discontinued means we're going to stop carrying it. Clearance means it's discontinued and we're sick of it wasting shelf space and will lose our profit margin to get rid of it. If they have it scheduled for discontinuation, any target doing that and isn't out of the game yet will probably Clearance it in the next 1-2 weeks if they haven't sold all their copies by then. Grr!!!!

No, the other GW games aren't leaving target, I scanned all those and they're ok. Since they did not show up on the big discontinued list last week I imagine they will still be at target at least until the fall.

Anet just owned everyone. Shame it didn't stay at $9.99, that would be a price more fitting for the value.
